1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using velocityfunzip.xyz, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Estimates & Authorizations

All repair and tuning estimates provided are valid for 14 days. Work will not commence until formal authorization (digital or physical signature) is received from the vehicle owner.

3. Performance Tuning Liability

Performance tuning, including ECU remapping and aftermarket part installation, may affect your vehicle's factory warranty. velocityfunzip.xyz is not liable for voided warranties or track-related mechanical failures. Tuning services are strictly for off-road or track use where applicable by law.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon completion of services before the vehicle is released. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and cash.
